I have been using AT&T phone service for a very long time. I am kind of an old dinosaur kind of guy and am generally skeptical about anything new that comes out. For example, it took me a long time to decide to switch over to DSL from dial-up. Well now it's happening again. I currently am using regular AT&T service, but my kid is telling me I can save a ton of money using this internet phone thing. So I would like to know what people think of it in general. Is it a good idea to switch, what benefits are there?
