I am done with dial-up! It is the most frustrating thing ever. I am going to get AT&T DSL. But I don't know if I should get the basic for $14.99/month or the express for $19.99. How much faster is the express. Any recommendations?  Huh

Well, basic is pretty fast, but the express is twice as fast as the basic. For a few extra bucks a month you get twice the speed. SO it just depends on what you use it for. For my internet needs, the basic would be good enough. It's different with everybody.
